Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service directly related to the claim.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding balances become immediately due.
  • Completed work remains payable.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
