Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Services

5. Lead Generation Disclaimer

Convo Digital does not guarantee specific business results, including:

  • Sales conversions
  • Revenue growth
  • Appointment bookings
  • Response rates
  • Customer acquisitions

Because campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, lack of desired results does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be issued if:

  • A project is terminated before completion.
  • Only a portion of the agreed work has been completed.
  • Both parties mutually agree to discontinue the engagement.

Any refund amount will be calculated after deducting costs associated with work already performed.

7. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice.

If work has not yet started, a refund may be granted after deduction of any administrative or processing fees.

If work has already begun, charges for completed work and allocated resources may apply.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide supporting documentation, agreements, communications, invoices, and project records to the relevant payment processor or financial institution.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
